Kristina brings over 15 years of expertise as a strength coach and exercise physiologist. Specializing in the science of breath and its vital role in strength, movement, and longevity, she helps her clients develop a deeper, more sustainable sense of strength through a strong foundation in breathwork and movement mechanics. Her experience spans programming for police and fire departments, athletes, and individuals seeking to feel strong, free, and capable in their bodies for life.

As the Director of the Biometrics Lab at Jyzen in Mill Valley, Kristina offers VO2 max and resting metabolic testing, using the data to create personalized exercise programs that align with each client’s short- and long-term goals. This scientific approach complements any training regimen and helps ensure optimal progress and longevity.
