Her experience as a Division I athlete, combined with completing five marathons, shapes the discipline, resilience, and high-performance mindset she brings to every client relationship.

Mya’s training style blends strength training with conditioning to help clients build resilient bodies that perform well in the gym and in life.

Tilo Artiga-Purcell

Tilo’s training style is founded on building a meaningful relationship with his clients in order to help them transform their bodies and lifestyles and meet their health goals. Training sessions will be customized based on your specific goals, and constantly adapted as you continue to make progress.  In addition to the workout, sessions will bring awareness on improving your daily movement, nutrition, recovery and sleep.

Jenna Newgard

Jenna offers both sport-specific and general strength-based training programs. Her emphasis on proper form, mobility and progression helps the individuals she works perform at their personal best inside and outside of the gym. Jenna develops comprehensive programs for all of her clients – sleep, diet, and stress are taken into consideration when developing a training program.
