HYROX HIIT 6-WEEK PROGRAM
Ready to train like an athlete and test your limits? Join Coach Gunther at our certified HYROX training club in Mill Valley for the HYROX HIIT 6-Week Program. Get race day ready with personalized fitness testing, expert coaching, and high-intensity HYROX workouts to help you build endurance, strength, and grit. Whether you’re racing for the first time or looking to hit a new PR, this structured plan gives you the tools and community to get there.
We do no have upcoming cycles at this time, but you can still join us in class every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am and 6pm!

What are the Classes like?
Our 60-minute classes include a mixture of the official HYROX competition (or similar) exercises listed below with differing weights and goals for both men and women. Each class is designed to give you a fantastic workout with multiple rounds of functional movements while pushing your toward your personal best in each exercise.

Our program cycles are scheduled to work in sync with upcoming races on the West Coast of the United States
Class Times
- Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at our Tam Junction studio in Mill Valley
- Saturday Physical Fitness Test (PFT) classes are offered once per month
