Whether you’re racing for the first time or looking to hit a new PR, this structured plan gives you the tools and community to get there.

What are the Classes like?

Our 60-minute classes include a mixture of the official HYROX competition (or similar) exercises listed below with differing weights and goals for both men and women. Each class is designed to give you a fantastic workout with multiple rounds of functional movements while pushing your toward your personal best in each exercise.

Class Times

  • Tuesday & Thursday  9:00 – 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at our Tam Junction studio in Mill Valley
  • Saturday Physical Fitness Test (PFT) classes are offered once per month
