Opened in December 2021 in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood, The Yard’s original location is a first-of-its-kind reservation-based boutique strength training gym featuring premium private pods, small group classes, and personal training services. Located on California Street in between Divisadero and Broderick, our exclusive training space features top-tier equipment, a supportive community, and a distraction-free environment so you can focus on results — without the crowds.

Barbell Strength Training

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:30 – 7:30 a.m., 6:00 – 7:00 PM, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:30 – 7:30 a.m., 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Stand alone classes & The Yard Barbell Club available

A-Factor Fitness

  • Wednesday 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., every other Saturday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
