At The Yard, we partner with the Bay Area’s best independent personal trainers. Our diverse team works with people of all fitness levels and aspirations to help them achieve their goals through customized workout and nutrition plans – all while navigating lifestyle, budget, and schedule needs.
Working with a personal trainer offers a wide range of benefits that cater to your unique fitness goals and needs. Whether you’re looking to increase strength, achieve weight loss, receive personalized nutrition coaching, or prepare for a special life event like your wedding, birthday, or vacation – a personal trainer provides expert guidance tailored specifically for you.
Our talented multi-disciplined team can help you with sport-specific training, phasing up or expanding on your current fitness routine, or supporting healthy aging and overall wellness – including building muscle through menopause or andropause, increasing or maintaining bone density, improving joint health, and injury and fall prevention.
Beyond physical training, personal trainers provide accountability, strategizing success, and fostering confidence, education, and mastery. They help you stay focused, whether for work, school, or life, ensuring that you achieve not only your fitness goals but also a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
How it Works:
- Complete the Contact Us form (Share your goals, budget, and preferred workout times)
- We’ll give you a call to learn more about your needs
- You’l receive an email with 2-3 trainer options that fit your goals, schedule, and budget
- We’ll introduce you to your chosen trainer via email
- Your trainer will schedule your initial session
When you work out with a personal trainer at The Yard, your relationship is with them. They take care of the scheduling, reserving, and paying for the pod and you arrive at the agreed-upon time. Payment is also between the trainer and client, you pay them, and they pay The Yard for the pod reservation. If you’d like to supplement your training with additional workouts at The Yard, you can check out our Individual Membership options. Everyone training with a personal trainer at The Yard qualifies for a 20% discount on our Unlimited Monthly Membership.
