at The Yard

At The Yard, we partner with the Bay Area’s best independent personal trainers. Our diverse team works with people of all fitness levels and aspirations to help them achieve their goals through customized workout and nutrition plans – all while navigating lifestyle, budget, and schedule needs.

How it Works:
- Complete the Contact Us form (Share your goals, budget, and preferred workout times)
- We’ll give you a call to learn more about your needs
- You’l receive an email with 2-3 trainer options that fit your goals, schedule, and budget
- We’ll introduce you to your chosen trainer via email
- Your trainer will schedule your initial session
When you work out with a personal trainer at The Yard, your relationship is with them. They take care of the scheduling, reserving, and paying for the pod, you just show up at the agreed-upon time. Payment is also between the trainer and client, you pay them, and they pay us for the pod reservation. If you’d like to supplement your training with additional workouts at The Yard, you can check out our Individual Membership options. Everyone training with a personal trainer at The Yard qualifies for a 20% discount on our Unlimited Monthly Membership.
