Welcome to the Barbell Club!

You’re invited to join The Yard Barbell Club. Our 6-week membership is where strength meets accountability to help you hit your goals. Our talented team of Barbell Strength Training instructors will guide you through a challenging session up to five times per week. Each class, you’ll participate in a full-body workout while perfecting your form through a variety of movements while learning proper equipment usage.

We start a new cycle every 6-weeks, but you are welcome to join mid-cycle as our programs are highly approachable and designed for years-long sustainability, with week-over-week progressive overload.
