Our Online Coaching program is designed to give you the guidance and support you need to reach your fitness goals. You’ll get virtual oversight from Coach Kelsey, one of our expert personal trainers, with maximum flexibility for your schedule and budget.
How It Works
We begin your program with an initial consultation to understand your current fitness level and goals, followed by a body composition scan and measurements to track your progress against. Each program is designed to last three months with a monthly check-in with Kelsey to assess your progress. Each of our three plans below also include monthly programming via the TrainHeroic app and nutrition planning and guidance.
About Coach Kelsey
Kelsey Abraham is a personal trainer from San Francisco, who has trained hundreds of clients all over the Bay Area. She is certified with the National College of Exercise Professionals, with over 10 years of experience.
