Our diverse personal training team works with people of all fitness levels and aspirations to help them achieve their goals through customized workout and nutrition plans – all while navigating lifestyle, budget, and schedule needs.

Beyond physical training, personal trainers provide accountability, strategizing success, and fostering confidence, education, and mastery. They help you stay focused, whether for work, school, or life, ensuring that you achieve not only your fitness goals but also a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

- Need assistance? Complete the Contact Us form and a member of our team will reach out.
When you work out with a personal trainer at The Yard, your relationship is with them. They take care of the scheduling, reserving, and paying for the pod and you arrive at the agreed-upon time. Payment is also between the trainer and client, you pay them, and they pay The Yard for the pod reservation. If you’d like to supplement your training with additional workouts at The Yard, you can check out our Individual Membership options. Everyone training with a personal trainer at The Yard qualifies for a 20% discount on our Unlimited Monthly Membership.
