Barbell Basics
The benefits of strength training are well documented, but it can be intimidating if you’re new to the rack and barbell. That’s why we offer our Barbell Basics class at both our San Francisco and Mill Valley locations. You’ll learn proper form in a small group fitness setting while getting in a challenging workout in an hour-long session led by our talented trainers. Want to take it to the next level? A-Factor Fitness
Looking for a class that boosts your speed and agility to complement your strength workouts? Check out A-Factor Fitness with Coach Marcellis Shaw!
Classes take place every Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on the turf at our San Francisco location.

HYROX HIIT
HYROX HIIT with Coach Gunther is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and functional movements inspired by the HYROX race. Designed to push your limits, this class challenges endurance, power, and mental toughness through a series of dynamic exercises in a fast-paced, energizing environment. From sled pushes and rowers to burpees and kettlebell swings, this class is perfect for anyone looking to level up their training.
Classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. on the turf at our Mill Valley location.
