Barbell Basics
The benefits of strength training are well documented, but it can be intimidating if you’re new to the rack and barbell. That’s why we offer our Barbell Basics class at both our San Francisco and Mill Valley locations. You’ll learn proper form in a small group setting while getting in a challenging workout in an hour-long session led by our talented trainers Quinn, Bailey, and Natalie.

A-Factor Fitness
Looking for a class that boosts your speed and agility to complement your strength workouts? Check out A-Factor Fitness with Coach Marcellis Shaw! Classes take place every Wednesday from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on the turf at our San Francisco location.



HIIT For Power (Starts Dec 18)
Get ready to experience the intersection of endurance excercise and strength training with HIIT For Power, our dynamic High-Intensity Interval Training class. Taught by Coach Amira, this early-morning workout is designed to push your limits, boost your endurance, and leave you feeling invigorated. Classes take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. on the turf at our San Francisco location.



Flex Flow (Starts Jan 16)
Unlock the full potential of your strength training routine. Taught by Coach Priscila, Flex Flow offers a holistic approach to mobility, flexibility, and targeted stretching. Classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 – 10:15 a.m. on the turf at our San Francisco location.
