The benefits of strength training are well documented, but it can be intimidating if you’re new to the rack and barbell. That’s why we offer our Barbell Basics class at both our San Francisco and Mill Valley locations. You’ll learn proper form in a small group setting while getting in a challenging workout in an hour-long session led by our talented trainers Quinn, Bailey, and Natalie.
