Barbell Basics 6-Week Program

Start the Year Strong
You’re invited to join The Yard’s next 6-week small-group Barbell Basics strength training program. Our talented instructors will guide you through a challenging session up to five times per week. Each class, you’ll participate in a full-body workout while perfecting your form through a variety of movements while learning proper equipment usage.

What’s Included?
- An intro session with a Yard trainer
- Up to 5 Barbell Basics classes a week
- Priority access to classes, before they are open to the public
- Full access to either gym for classes, make up sessions, and extra credit
- Two body scans to track body composition trends
- A “Raising the Barbell” branded hoodie
- Access to Flex Flow, our new mobility, flexibility, and targeted stretching class on Tue/Thur starting in January

Program Schedule
January 8 – February 16
The Barbell Basics program is designed to give you up to five full body workouts per week. We’ll offer a variety of different movements each day featuring barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands – so class never gets repetitious, even if you attend two days in a row. Can’t make a class? No sweat! We will provide you with the workout and you can complete it in a pod on your own time.
